For agencies and advisors

When a client's socials get hacked,
we're your recovery desk.

Your clients connect their socials and add you. If one of them loses an account, we're already working it and you can see where it stands.

How it works

Set up once.
We handle the rest.

Your clients connect before anything happens. If an account is taken, the recovery is already underway.

01

Before anything goes wrong.

Your clients connect their socials and add you. They pick what you see. No passwords, and nothing for your team to do.

02

The day it happens.

We detect it, or your client confirms they're locked out. A case opens and we work it through the platform's business channel, not the consumer help form. You see it in your console.

03

If it does not come back.

For an eligible takeover still unrecovered, Cysurance owes your client $5,000 at day seven and $20,000 more at day 21. We prepare and submit the incident record.

The recovery timeline

What your client gets if they're still locked out.

Locked out at day 7$5,000

Cysurance owes your client $5,000. We keep working the recovery.

Locked out at day 21+$20,000

Another $20,000 becomes payable. $25,000 in total.

The money runs to the member, not to you. Rights to the Remedy run against Cysurance, and your organization carries no obligation under it.

Both windows run from the Incident Time defined in the member agreement. Payment follows the submission process in section 7 of the member agreement.

Who this is for

Agencies, managers
and advisors.

If you work with creators or brands, this is for you. Your clients connect their social accounts, add you, and choose what you see. Nothing is shared without their say-so. Sociable never holds a password.

Agencies and managers

Your creators' accounts are your revenue. See the whole roster in one place, get the alert first, and hand the case to a team already on it.

Lawyers, accountants and business managers

Somewhere to send the client who calls in a panic, and a timestamped incident record they can share with you or with a brand.

The client sets your access. Defaults by role: agencies and managers see status, get alerts and can act for the client. Lawyers see status, alerts and the incident record. Accountants see status and Remedy payment notices. Ask for more and the client approves it. Every view and action is logged for both sides.

Your console

Keep an eye on every creator
and brand you work with.

Who is protected, who is not, and what is open right now. Quiet when everything is fine. If an account is taken, it moves to the top.

The Sociable console: a roster of protected clients with the status of each, an open recovery case, and a named recovery manager
Illustrative. Member and partner consoles open October 1, 2026.

Founding partners

Three ways in.
Start wherever you like.

Each one includes everything before it. Lend your name and make one introduction, or cover your top creators, or cover the roster. Nobody has to choose on day one.

01 · Founding partner

Lend your name.
Introduce it once.

Free

  • $99 a year locked for anyone you refer, for as long as their membership stays active, whenever they join. Your creators are never on a deadline.
  • A named recovery manager from your first creator. A person, not a queue.
  • Case status delivered where you already look. Every protected creator and open case, alerts to the people you choose.
  • A line for your brand pitches and a notified-party clause for your agreements, so a brand can see status during a campaign.
  • A referral fee on memberships and renewals.
  • Listed as a founding partner. You approve the wording.

02 · Your top creators

Cover the accounts
that carry the revenue.

$99 a year, each

  • Start with your top 25. $2,475 for the year, same rate as the website.
  • Everything in 01.
  • Rolls up whenever you want. What you paid counts toward a roster plan.

03 · Roster plan

Cover the roster.
Quote the number.

$4,900 a year, up to 100 seats

$9,900 a year, up to 350 seats

  • Every exclusive creator is eligible. They connect when they are ready. Above 350, add seats in blocks of 50.
  • A confirmed-protected count you own. How many of your roster are covered, live, to quote to brands.
  • Everything in 01 and 02.
  • Renews at this price for as long as the plan stays active and you stay a founding partner.

Founding pricing. After launch, roster plans start at $7,900 for 100 seats and $24,900 for 350.

Lawyers, accountants and business managers: the same $99 lock for anyone you refer, advisor access free (your clients add you and set what you see), the incident record for every case, and the founding partner listing with wording you approve.

Does the agency or advisor pay anything?

No. Your clients buy their own memberships at $99 a year. Agencies earn a referral fee. Advisor access is free.

I'm a lawyer, manager or accountant, not an agency. Does this apply to me?

Yes. Your clients add you and choose what you see: status, alerts, the incident record, or the ability to act for them. A client can have more than one advisor and can change or remove access at any time.

What is in the incident record?

A timestamped log: the takeover signals from the platform, the member's confirmation of lost access, every recovery step, and the day-seven determination. Members can share it with a lawyer, an agency or a brand. It records what the platform exposed. It does not prove every case.

Can I see my clients' posts, messages or passwords?

No. You see status and case progress at the level your client sets. Posts and messages stay with the member. Sociable never holds passwords.

What do you need from my team?

Agencies: an agreement, a way to tell your roster, and the roster size so we know whether the dedicated recovery manager applies. Advisors: a verified account for your firm and the names of who gets alerts. Your clients enroll themselves.

One of my clients is locked out right now. Can you help?

Not under the program. A takeover that began before the member joined is not eligible, and protection begins November 1, 2026. Tell me what happened anyway and I will point you at something useful today.

What counts as a takeover?

Loss of access to a connected account on a supported platform, confirmed by the member in the console. Eligibility conditions, exclusions and the full member agreement apply, including two-factor authentication staying on and the account staying connected.

What if a client leaves my roster or my firm?

The membership is theirs. They keep it, they keep the rate, and they can remove your access.

Is this insurance?

No. Sociable is a warranty and service agreement, not an insurance policy, and members are not insureds under it. Cysurance is the obligor, meaning it owes and pays the cash Remedy.
