Founding Member Agreement

Version 1.7 · Effective September 10, 2026 · Sociably Safe, Inc.

This is the agreement between you and Sociably Safe, Inc. It sets out what we do, what we owe you if we fail, what you need to keep true, and how refunds work.

This Founding Member Agreement is between Sociably Safe, Inc., a corporation doing business as Sociable ("Sociable", "we", "us"), and the person or business purchasing a Founding Membership ("you"). By completing checkout you agree to it.

1. What you are buying

You are buying a Founding Membership in the Sociable protection plan. Under it we monitor the social media accounts you connect, we work to recover any account that is taken over, and if it cannot be recovered you are paid a fixed amount, the Remedy, in two stages. There is one membership and every member is owed the same Remedy.

This is a warranty and service agreement. It is not an insurance policy and you are not an insured.

Cysurance, LLC is the obligor. Cysurance owes you the Remedy and pays it, and your rights to the Remedy run against Cysurance. The warranty is backed by Cysurance insurance programs and fully reinsured, so the money is there before you need it.

Your warranty from Cysurance. Cysurance issues its warranty to you, in your name, when your protection activates on November 1, 2026, under the Sociable program agreement between Sociably Safe, Inc. and Cysurance. The Cysurance warranty form and its coverage schedule are emailed to you when you are enrolled and are available in your member console at any time, and they form part of this Agreement. If the Cysurance warranty has not been issued to you by December 1, 2026, section 6 applies and you are refunded in full.

Sociably Safe, Inc., trading as Sociable, is the program’s distributor and service provider. We sell the program, we run the monitoring, and we work to get your account back. We are not the obligor and we do not pay the Remedy.

2. What it costs and what you are owed

Founding rateRemedy, first stageRemedy, second stageIdentity protection
$99 / year$5,000 at day 7$20,000 at day 21$2,000,000

There are no tiers and nothing to choose. Every member gets the same Remedy, the same monitoring, the same recovery work and the same identity protection, and every account you connect is included on every platform we support, with no limit.

3. Your founding rate

Your founding rate of $99 per year is locked for as long as you keep your Plan in continuous force. We will not raise it, and it includes every platform we add after launch at no extra charge. If you cancel and later re-enroll, the rate current at that time applies.

Founding pricing closes October 31, 2026. The published price then rises to $299 on November 1, 2026. That increase does not apply to you.

4. Dates

DateWhat happens
At checkoutYou are charged the founding rate for your first year
October 1, 2026Your member console opens and you connect your accounts
November 1, 2026Monitoring, recovery, and Remedy eligibility begin
December 1, 2026Refund backstop date, see section 6

No Remedy is available for any incident that begins before November 1, 2026.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time before November 1, 2026 and get everything you paid back. You do not need a reason. Email james@get-sociable.com or cancel from your account and we will refund you in full.

After November 1, 2026 you can still cancel at any time, and your Plan runs to the end of the year you have paid for. Fees for a year already underway are not refundable after that date except where the law requires it.

6. If we are not live by December 1

If we have not made the Plan operational by December 1, 2026, every Founding Member is refunded in full by Sociable, automatically. You do not have to ask and you do not have to do anything.

Operational means your member console is available to you and monitoring is running on the accounts you have connected.

7. The Remedy

7.1 What triggers it

The Remedy becomes payable by Cysurance when there is a Verified Account Takeover of a Connected Account and access is not restored within a Recovery Window. It is determined in two stages, at day 7 and day 21 after the Incident Time, and each stage is determined separately. Payment follows the submission process in section 7.3.

7.2 What you have to do

Confirm through the Sociable incident flow that you have lost access. That is the whole of it. You do not file a form, document a loss, or negotiate with anyone. We build the incident record from our own logs.

7.3 When you are paid

There are two determinations and you may receive one or both.

First stage, day 7. If Restoration has not happened by the end of the First Recovery Window, we record the incident as unrestored at day seven and submit the record to Cysurance, which owes and pays you $5,000.

We keep working. Recovery work continues after the first stage. If your account is restored between day 8 and day 21, no second stage is payable and you keep the $5,000. The first stage is a payment, not an advance. It is not recoverable if the account is later restored.

Second stage, day 21. If Restoration has still not happened by the end of the Second Recovery Window, we submit the record again and Cysurance owes and pays you the remaining $20,000, for $25,000 in total.

If anything is needed from you to complete that record and we cannot get it from our own logs, we will tell you in writing, and the payment timing runs from when you provide it. You do not deal with anyone but us to get there. We assemble the record and we hand it over.

7.4 Limits

8. Staying eligible

Three things keep an account eligible for the Remedy. Monitoring and recovery support continue either way.

ConditionHow it worksIf it is not met
Your connection is liveYour authorization is active and we are receiving dataRemedy eligibility pauses while the connection is down. We will alert you. It resumes when you reconnect. A connection lost as part of an Account Takeover, including an authorization the attacker revokes, does not pause eligibility; it is treated as part of that incident.
Multi-factor authentication is onChecked continuously where the platform tells us, otherwise confirmed by you when you connect and reconnectIf we detect it switched off, Remedy eligibility for that account pauses until it is back on. Where we cannot check and it turns out it was off when the compromise happened, that incident is not eligible.
No pre-existing compromiseWe record the state of the account when you connect itIncidents that began before you enrolled are not eligible.

9. What the Remedy does not apply to

10. Identity protection

Your membership carries $2,000,000 of identity theft protection with the full benefit set, including dark web monitoring, funds recovery, and identity restoration. It is included rather than sold as an upgrade, and it is the same for every member.

The identity protection is provided by Cysurance. The helpline and servicing run through TransUnion, and CyberScout, a TransUnion company, handles remediation, chases money that was taken, and restores your identity. You reach them through your portal or at 800-721-6235. This benefit is governed by its own terms, which we will make available to you.

11. Renewal and changes

Your Plan renews once a year at your founding rate until you cancel. We will email you before each renewal.

We may change these terms on 30 days’ written notice. If a change materially reduces what you get, you can cancel and we will refund the unused part of your year. Your founding rate is not something we can change under this section.

If the program ends. If the Cysurance program that funds the Remedy ends or is replaced, we will tell you in writing at least 30 days before it takes effect and name any replacement. You can cancel at any point in that period and we will refund the unused part of your year.

12. Limits on our liability

The Remedy, owed and paid by Cysurance, is the only financial remedy for a Verified Account Takeover.

We cannot promise that any account will be recovered. Recovery depends on the platform, and no one outside the platform controls what it decides. What is certain is the Remedy, which is why it exists.

Sociable’s own role is monitoring, recovery work, and running your membership. To the fullest extent the law allows, Sociable’s total liability arising out of or relating to the Plan is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous twelve months. Neither of us is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Nothing in this section affects what Cysurance owes you under section 7.

13. Privacy

How we handle your information, including data we get from your Connected Accounts, is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement.

14. General

Governing law. Georgia law governs this Agreement, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and we each consent to their jurisdiction.

Assignment. You may not assign this Agreement. We may assign it in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, and section 3 survives that.

Entire agreement. This Agreement, the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and the Cysurance warranty form issued to you under section 1 are the whole of the agreement between us about the Plan.

Notice. We give you notice by email to the address on your account, and it is received when sent. You give us notice by email to james@get-sociable.com or by post to the address below, and it is received when we get it.

Electronic delivery. By completing checkout you agree that this Agreement, the Cysurance warranty form, renewal notices, and all other notices about your Plan are delivered electronically, and that your electronic acceptance at checkout has the same effect as a signature. You can ask for a paper copy at any time by emailing us.

Severability. If any part of this is unenforceable, the rest still stands.
